ALL MEMBERS ARE EXPECTED, IF ABLE, TO PARTICIPATE IN PICKETING! This is not an optional extra, it is an essential part of our action. During previous actions, the University has often been able to point to the numbers on the picket line and say that the strike was not well-supported. That must not be the case this time. Your departmental rep or another committee member will be in touch with you to discuss picketing rotas. We will picket each day of the strike between 7.30 and 12.30.
